Each ScanWay license grants the customer the non-exclusive right to install and use the ScanWay application on one (1) Windows PC. A separate license is required for each PC where the software is installed.

Licenses are provided on a monthly subscription basis, billed in advance at the beginning of each subscription period.

The license is personal to the subscribing business and may not be sublicensed, shared, or transferred to others.

Any breach of this license policy shall be governed by Danish law and settled by the courts of Denmark.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Argovisio ApS.
